its been raining on and off for weeks up here too, so i have been feeding and cleaning up after animals (and the house naturally goes to hell from this, muck shoes or not) and not had much time to do much else, because it all takes longer(and then theres the house) in the rain. My landlady got a hundred posts for a bargain but is meeting price resistance renting an auger and is looking at me and mentioning a post hole digger in the same breathe...

i'm a strong gal, but i think she's finally lost her mind.

this is the granite state after all, not soft sandy Long Island, but even if it were, i'd be digging till doomsday to get the fence up by hand!

and BTW, the rent is due. *sigh*
