I remember seeing that, it was meant to be a circumcism but they accidently burnt it off. I think they now live as male o.o
But they did live as female for a while.

Well if you're right then 1, a ghost appeared and a recent American telly programme about how he'd switched back to male, and 2, both he and his brother committed suicide, that's a bummer!

the brother died in 2002, suicide, david followed later again suicide. you can catch all the clips from both versions of the david reimer story on youtube, and yes I did provide links to those on the other thread. You might learn more by watching the original airing, then follow with the newer version. The first talked more about intersexed issues the 2nd more about the family. A very tragic story all around, unfortunately to many doctors still don't get that gender identity is not formed by the use of surgery. Inborn, all natural, biological or however you want to call.

Although the book gave David Reimer more financial security, he had many other problems in his life, including a separation from his wife, severe problems with his parents, and the death of his twin brother Brian in 2002, the result of a toxic combination of alcohol and antidepressants.

After being told by his wife on the afternoon of May 4, 2004 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/May_4,_2004) of her wish to separate, Reimer stormed out of the house without revealing where he was going. After he failed to return, his wife called the police to report him missing. The local authorities eventually located him, but told his wife that he did not want her to know where he was.

Two hours later, they called again, informing her of his suicide. Reimer had returned home while she was out and retrieved a shotgun (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shotgun), sawing off its barrel before leaving.

i firmly believe that most people are intersexed intergendered at least!

most people are not 100% male or 100% female
we are all humans with varying mixes of both -so called-male and female attributes

so in the future it will read : a person who grew up being them complete selves

That means you completely ignore what happened to David Reimer. As a matter of fact you use him for your own purpose. That's really sick.

David Reimer was born as Bruce Reimer, a boy without any intersex condition. After a botched circumcision he lost his penis and the infamous John Money said it would be possible to raise him as a girl. That way Bruce became Brenda. But Brenda refused to be a girl and after his father told him the truth he decided to change his name to David.
