Last night's (junky) episode had a rape/murder suspect; an apparently normal male, of normal muscle-mass and apparent facial/bodily hirsuitism, being let go because due to ais he'd been born completely lacking. Forget complete ais, are there even any levels of pais which could do that yet still leave someone looking completely normal?

maybe pais with 5ard? If slightly responsive to T or DHT, then enough of a dose at puberty would masculinze the body somewhat. breasts would prob develop too and need to be "fixed", or the estrogen blocked or a aromatase inhibitor used or just straight DHT as it is more powerful and doesn't aromoatize to estradiol.

ais wouldn't really cover it, but plenty of other things could, many guys got a micropenis for some reason, but everything else works fine. Who knows? Almost anything could happen. TV lives for diggin up weird crap like that.

Sounds like a misdiagnosis. These things could happen - it just wouldn't be AIS.
