Hello to everyone my name is Erin I did not come here to start arguments between members if I did I am extemely sorry but I thought this is where I belong allthough its possible I dont posses female sex organs I do posses the most important female trait of all my brain I am warm compassionate loving caring sympathetic I love everyone I absolutly hate the word transsexual dont really care for transgender either I am here to learn and to teach to listen and understand there are so many ways to be born into this world and it seems harder to live in it in peace so with that thank you for inviting me I hope to inspire and be inspired Erin Fuller

Hi Erin, I'm another newcomer.
You are spot on with the female brain statement - it is the most important sex organ but for those of us with 'issues' about our bodies we sometimes forget this, so thanks for the reminder.
I don't especially like the word transsexual either but neither do I like (or even understand) the term transgendered. I'm not too keen on the label intersex but prefer it to the newer 'DSD' but ultimately we have to be described in some way, at least for medical purposes. Beyond that I'm a still-quite-young woman who happens to have PAIS and happens to be the female side of the line but isn't (won't be?) defined by it. I don't have any problems getting in touch with my masculine side when I can find it so it's likely that most transsexual/transgendered folk feel more feminine than I do so, if that's your background, relax, I won't pick a fight with you either. :wink:
