hello every BODY:heart: and every MIND:confused_ that goes with each body

i am back and "loving it"

i cant love forum groups when there are too many judges around

this has always been one of the best forum websites for bodies like ours that i have ever known

forum groups are a disaster at times
but as a community we all do our best to make peace and keep the peace amongst us!

i just want people to be less judgemental
and
to be more considerate to the claims of others who are different to us!
so lets be lawyers,not liars
and budge from being too much of a judge

thanks for everything here at BLO
hugely important site for many members and future members

we are all one but we are not the same
all for one and one for all
peace be with us all always eventually:heart:

:ARMS1: Oh the Moderator is here, excellent!:ARMS1:

OK I'm a Lawyer right, I'm a defence Lawyer, more precisely a "self defence Lawyer"

Now it just so happens that the fellow you're thumbing up constantly tells me he can't accept me as a man and that no XXY can be a man, in his eyes, because of his deliberate refusal to understand genetics.

So how do you figure that with his recent comment about not being a judge when that's exactly what he is most of the time?:push:

i have come back to BLO
mostly because i heard that a well known BLO-er was getting hassle on here
and the last time i came to BLO was because peter ended up banning someone else that i knew
and i understand that we cant have people destroying a perfectly good community

too many people on blogs and on youtube
end up becoming non qualified judges
and essentially attacking individuals with what they believe

rather than trusting the persons involved

when i say that xxys are not men
its as controversial as saying turners people are not females
most klinefelters and turners people are adamant that they are one and the other of supposedly two sexes
i disagree that there are only two sexes and especially only two genders
i believe everyone is pangendered
i believe transsexualism is a reaction to the gender dysphoria that society has!
when i mention my opinion
i try and keep it as impersonal as i can

no one is perfect
i am a realistic idealist

i think its better to not judge a book by its cover

i know i think supposedly different from most

but i am pretty sure that many others think similarly

thank you to all who read
and huge appreciation to those that post

You say peaceandparty can't accept you. It seems to me you can't accept peaceandparty. So, what's the difference? Move on, get a life.

On moderation: I'm not 'the Moderator'. I'm a woman with AIS who happens to be a BLO member with some moderation rights. As long as the discussion goes along lines like 'i think this' and 'I disagree with you because', I will not use those rights. In the case of name-calling or similar forms of verbal harassment, I will step in. And even then I will discuss the situation with Peter.

Not accepting a pov is not enough, so I will not intervene between you and peaceandparty. If you have a problem with any of the other members here, you can use the ignore-button.

Miriam

PS. the pronunciation of the word 'moderater' is similar to the Dutch word 'modder-eter' which means 'mud eater'. Click here (http://www.etymonline.com/index.php?term=mud) for the etymology of the word 'mud' and you'll understand why I think having AIS is better than being the moderator.

LIAR.

Really, gee whizz, I sure that's what I read at the bottom of each page, but I guess I'm mistaken when your mate attacks me ruthlessly then pretends he's a saint. I guess it's hard to be a Moderator when your friends are hypocrites.

Fascinating. A proven liar, a self confessed liar.

I agree, as a Moderator that's exactly what you are PATHETIC!

there are plenty of us
who are completely available to virtual help

pushing you out of the mud

we appreciate you being in the mud
because a lot of mud can be created between fields of expression

and you do well

i have always been proud to be part of BLO

and i am here as a supporter and intersex activist

:boohoo:
no need for the violins just yet
but there is certainly no need for verbal violence

in our cases we may be needing a cup of T:coffee: estosterone
to calm down

XXYs and myself included are known for being angry
PEACE BE WITH US ALL ALWAYS EVENTUALLY

I know that being one of the moderators of this forum is often a thank-less job. I appreciate everything you do to try to keep Bodies Like Ours a supportive place for intersex people, and others interested in intersex issues.
Often, moderators are not treated with much respect around here. I am very happy that the rumors floated around this forum that you have resigned as a forum moderator are not true. I just want to say thank you for all that you do to support Bodies Like Ours.

Don't leave yourself out Peter. Thanks to both of you for the job you do to keep BLO a respectful place. It's nice to see you both make posts to show your presence. So your payment for your thankless job...

Thank you.
