I posted a whole bunch of upcoming events in the calendar section. Feel free to add events that may be of interest to our community. This would work great if you know of something that is going to be on teevee. If you post, try to include the who, what, where, when facts.
It's a bit clunky to use (making mental note to see about adding a calendar function to the website) because it doesn't have a recur function, so if the event spans a few days, you need to enter it for each day. Make sure you set the date properly too.
I'm pretty sure it will then end up on the main page of the boards when it is occuring, just like birthdays do.
