Are there any professional editors who wander through these parts?
I'm working on a project that will be needing one in a couple of months. If this is you, send me an email via my profile so we can discuss rates, the book, etc. Please include references and urls of past work or request an address so you can send a resume and clippings.
This will be a long term commitment of probably 9 months or more for the right person...however it will not be regular work. If I like your work and you, and assuming you can deal with me, I will ask you to sign an agreement to stay with the project until it is done.
