Pubic Scar above penis

Sorry to bother you guys with what could be a very trivial question, but i have a marked scar that goes from left to right straight accross the top of my penis underneath my pubic hair from when i was a baby. I remmember my parents telling me when i was much younger that i had had something 'moved'; but i dont really know what happened. Other than that im a faily normal 21 yr old, tall , hairy, etc. I have slightly smaller than average testis (one 3x2.5cm the other 4.5x3cm), and slightly large chest but not out of normal range (i could just have small balls and eat to much!) I may have just had some radom op, and i will try and ask my parents at some point but im just curious if anyone knows what kind of infant surgery would leave such a scar.

While this in no way is any sort of diagnosis, you might try doing a search on "Undescended Testicles", and see if this has any bearing on your situation. The testicles originate early on near the kidney and during fetal development travel down into the scrotum. Sometimes one will get hung up near the inquinal ring and fail to descend properly. Surgery, before 1 year of age, is sometimes indicated for this condition. Having testicles of uneven size, while not not specific for this condition, may be some supporting evidence.

The only other structure of note in that area is the bladder, but off hand I'm not aware of any situation that would require it to be "moved", however, as with many things in medicine, all kinds of things can happen.
