Forget all the diets. Just eat and drink reasonably, drink also a glass of wine with your meals ... Buy the book "Why French Woman are not fat", follow these instructions ... and forget this constant drinking and eating all the time. Concentrate your food intake on three times a day and make a good meal out of it. Take time to enjoy the meal ... sit together with family or friends ... avoid processed food, it is bad for your health.

Once the spammers realize they are not being deleted, the problem usually spins out of control. If you like spam, I suggest some unmoderated yahoo groups. Funny or not, I don't like spam. There is a reason it is deleted here and those reasons will not change despite whether or not you think it restricts some imaginary rights to free speech in a private forum.
