Hi everyone,

I thought I should give you guys an update to my situation.

It turns out I do have Swyer Syndrome, as I suspected. So I haven't got AIS, but what I do have isn't too far off.

I'm really quite embarrassed about that last post I made now. The moment I got home from the doctor I went looking for a forum where I could vent my relief at finding out my karyotype. What I should have done is researched for a few hours and realised I had Swyer's before posting anything to anyone. Oh well!

I am very happy for you, i think having a diagnosis and having doctors who recognise you as having a definate diagnosis helps alot.

i mention that mostly as all of my current doctors wont acknowledge any of the diagnosis's from my military doctors. Which, for me has only made my life alot more difficult.
