so I am not sure if I can post this or not, but it is killing me not to talk to someone who knows (no matter what they say dr’s really can’t relate they try and they do great work but it is not the same as a lived experience). I am an AIS woman, who has had multiple surgeries and has never felt like I was fully sexually functional. I have tried but mostly I get scared and stop, I want to know what is and is not possible for my body, and if anyone knows of any articlesetc. addressing this sort of issue, the only stuff I can find is overly oppomistic and detached. thanks

 What surgeries have you had? Are you PAIS? or CAIS? If you're CAIS, with a blind, short vagina, I would shy away from anything that alters your genitals surgically since the sensitivity in those areas tends to decrease. I never had a vaginoplasty since my doctor (thank God) explained that I could stretch it to accomodate intercourse...and it worked! I've been doing it just fine ever since...although if I go too long without, I have to re-stretch...however, that can be fun! .

Take care though...obviously, as you know, everybody's body is different and works differently...Do you have pain during intercourse? If so, make whoever your with do more foreplay. I completely serious...also, invest in a good silicone lubricant.

Hope this was helpful...
