WEBMISSTRESS, (love that title) Can you anwer medical questions? I would like to know what the normal ranges for cortisol are.

Here is the range they use in ug/dl units, which I guess is the standard measurement.

children 1-16 y/o tested at 8am: 3-21 with a mean of 9.8

adults 8-19 with a mean of 11.0 at 8am. At 4pm, the levels should be at 4-11 with a mean of 5.9

If it is a saliva test, the levels are quite different.

If I can figure out how to post the document I will do that...
