the language they use is 'making them fit.' i don't know how cutting off parts that work just fine and make them work very badly (though I have had adult women who had complete clitorectomy deny insistently that they are 'without' anything and that their sex lives are 'just great'). I just have a lot of trouble believing them. This from someone who was forcibly kept AWAY from doctors so they wouldn't have cause to find anything amiss.
