A delicate subject

I'm approaching a point where surgical options will be available to ease
my woes a little bit. While on the other hand, if what my mri suggests is
true, then I never had a micro-phallus so much as I had a mega-clitoris,
and the nature of any surgery must be somewhat different than a m2f
op would be ...

So, to bring up a delicate subject and hoping that I don't run over the
feelings of other women who were forcibly "normalized" in their infancy.

Is there modern surgical techinique available which would do a better
job of clitoris-reduction/repositioning, so that I don't have to go through
hell in exchange for no sensation? The stories I've heard here bring tears
to my eyes; if there's a way to not add mine to the list, it would be good
for me to research ...
