Hi My Birth Name is Paul, but some ppl call me Jessica

My story really starts 10 years ago at the age of 13, previous to this I had thought I was a girl stuck in a man's body, but was I in for a surprise...

As is the case with most ppl in this forum, my pubescent (I can't spell that one) experience was perfectly normal, for a brother & sister, that is. ;)
Essentially around the time of my first errection, I also first a hot flush, then a few days later my left nipple secreted some breast milk, finishing off a week later with a healthy hit of PMS, which included denile and thoughts of suicide.

I of course for most of the next 10 years ignored it hoping it would go away...But of course it didn't...

Well anyway in march this year I went to the Statefunded gender health centre, had some tests done, and started on Androcur...
Two Weeks back I got the results, and while they confirmed I'm physically and endocronically Intersex, I have two Y cromosones...aka I'm XYY, this coupled with PMS two days later to lead to one of the deepest depressions I've been in...

Anyway I'm in conselling now, and I have decided to what is necessary to become a woman... and I'm posting this here cause my conseller thought it would help me...

I've never seen much on the subject of XYY. Is lactation a common effect?
I hope you find good fortune in your endeavor. Just one minor comment, if
I might, and I hope that you won't feel offended. It is a bit off-topic for IS,
so I hope I won't offend anyone else either ...
Which is to propose; that if you're resolved to use Jessica as your current
and future name; that no one needs to know your birth name, and knowing
it doesn't enhance everyone's reading pleasure; and for your own peace of
mind, someday you yourself will need to let it go. So that you can live in
the self of your reality.

And no lactating is not associated with XYY, but they think it reduces the chances of it occuring, so who knows what other 'female' type systoms I would have if I was just XY... :)

And no lactating is not associated with XYY, but they think it reduces the chances of it occuring, so who knows what other 'female' type systoms I would have if I was just XY... :)

Be careful. From what I've read on the subject, spontaneous lactation is
generally associated with an excessive level of prolactin, which could be
dangerous when combined with estrogen. Perhaps you might want to have
your pituitary checked for tumours, especially if you experience any visual
distortions.

Luckily (or strangely) my Prolactin is well within the normal range, and so is my estrogen levels (for a male that is...)
