Any Hope after surgery??

I had surgery when I was born which was 31 years ago. At the time everyone told my mom it was the right thing to do... Well in my case it wasn't the right thing to. I have little to no feeling in my so called clitoris. And due to this I have never had an orgasm. I am married to an extremely understanding man. But I was wondering is there any type of surgery, medicine, or witch doctor that can help. I love my husband very much, but I feel inadequete. He would do or try anything to help me but I no longer have anymore ideas.

Any info would be appreciated (good or bad)......
