Don't shoot me, but if you have an uterus, it is very unlikely that you would have AIS. I guess you have to ask your doctor for more information. Ask him/her if it is possible that you have a partial form of the Swyer syndrome.
A long time ago everybody with XY-chromosomes and a female body was diagnosed with testicular feminisation. After that name became not-political correct, the diagnoses was changed to AIS. But many of those women have a 'similar condition'.

Hi! I'm an XY with a uterus too, but I don't think I've got AIS - everything with me is consistent with Swyer Syndrome though I haven't had an official diagnosis yet (I have a lot of ammo for my doctor though!).
Anyway, you don't have to label yourself. But it is a good idea to go get a second opinion in case of possible health concerns. Also use Google and Wikipedia a lot... they are very, very, very, very useful!!
I have read about Swyer syndrome but I dont know...
My clitoris started to grow when I was about 9 years old and it was verry large, almost like a small penis when I was 16.
I have a brother who was born with Hypospadia and he is also infertal. So it seems to me that he's got a mild form of PAIS.
I was given the diagnos Testicular Feminisation Syndrome 14 yeas ago.
I have read the Mis-Diagnosis is quite common.
It seems to me that I don't fit in ether diagnos...
What do you think?

it is quite likely that you are 45X/46XY, its one of the few conditions where a uteris can develope with a XY variation in Karyotype, it is also not the only possibility. AS far as genotypoing goes, its far from perfect. it can take alot more detailed testing then what normal blood karyotyping can detect.
XY/XO is known to have extremely broad varying degrees of what developes. It's most likely that you were misdiagnosed. It could be that the doctors at the time, assigned you that diagnosis, because thats what they thought at the time.
Get more testing done. Only real way of finding out.
Good luck
