An update, I have written to the person who posts as Sentinel and have again asked him politely to cease posting here. And his small country in the Pacific would likely be inhospitable except for the mermaid among us. I suspect she would be in heaven there. Thanks to everyone who did wonderful websearching on it.

PS...I didn't go as far as removing him (but have figured out how to do it finally thanks to Emi's question about banning by user) as I am really curious if he will respond to what has been discovered.

PPS...I am open to doing so however if suggested by others. I figure this community belongs to the entire community (LOL...at least those that play nice) and prefer to follow the suggestions of those who ask for changes.

The whole Sentinel affair has been like a wash machine cycle. In we go; get washed; rinsed, and now on prolonged "spin". When do we get out and "dry"?
The suspense and mystery is like a Raymond Chandler or Dashiell Hammett novel.

I prefer the ignore the wash method...but when I feel like getting frustrated, turning it on again.

Tally: 2 for banning (Dana---I'm guessing here)
0 against

Hi Betsy :)

Well having read his claptrap over once or twice I actually think he is just mocking us. His deliberate anonymity is no different from the behaviour of a spammer. He was not prepared to tell us who he is, not prepared to actually listen and not prepared to give any credence to what we were saying by quoting us as if we were fools in the face of his "infinite wisdom".

I vote for banning him.

all the best

Hugs

Sophie.

3 is a magical number for the Yankees and so if it is good enough for the sport of baseball, it's good enough for me.
