preistess is right about the patch... lots fewer side effects.
AND, you only have to remember to change it once a week..... a great thing if your a busy gal.
but the biggest plus is that getting it by patch mimics a cycle.....
for many, the only reason to take the pills instead is because they are cheaper, but that doesn't apply to you across the pond.
