To get a better idea of what conditions are included under the DSD umbrella, you can consult the Consortium For the Management of Disorders of Sex Development Clinical Guidelines, which is downloadable in Adobe Acrobat format. I don't like the disorder part of DSD, but I do like the general inclusiveness of the umbrella term. Here is a link:
