If you really want to figure it out, you'll have to go to a doctor. I'm sorry if this is not the answer you want to hear. Even for a medical professional it would be impossible to diagnose you with CAH (or not) with only the information you gave in your post.
That said, I wonder why testosterone would be a problem for you if you would be diagosed with CAH. But I'm not an expert on CAH.
