sorry try using your public library computers
i have had a hard time finding any really good online information, but i seem to be having better luck using the college computers and the public library computers. Locally both use a search engine called ProQuest that is wonderfull for looking up medical references and case studies. I would try using one of your local Colleges Library computers. There seems to be more access to Medical publications.
