Hello

I'm sorry to hear you have been feeling stressed of late, have you considered trying more natural methods to help with this though before resorting to pills.
I sometimes have panic attacks in crowded places and have had bouts of depression and anxiety. I have always found that meditation/breathing techniques have helped. Also proper diet and plenty of exercise can produce MUCH better results than any pill ever has..... plus there seem to have been much fewer side effects from going for a walk and eating lettuce!!!
Well just something you might want to consider.
