I'm sure that's very helpful, your referring Rahul to the website of a self-professed drag queen. (?) Of course, all the intersex have much wisdom to gain by associating with transvestites, don't we? (?)

no priestess, that is not why I referred rahul there.
But, you would have to understand India better maybe.
there is NO intersex movement in India. If someone is out in their intersex sex/gender the only outlet is within the hijra community. This is very female identified.. that is MtF. There is NO place in India for someone like me.. XX herm who identifies with my masculine side.
But, aside from that, Rahul talked alot about his/her feminine side and that part of his/her personality I can give them access to. This is where Malika came in.. Malika is an oddity within India, a political animal who has an interest in gender queer and intersex. Malikas blog is mainly not about drag queens and crossdressers but about the hijra communtiy. They are intersex and transgendered. it is where both you and I would have lived if we had been born within this culture.
]There arent many oprtions for me to offer Rahul from my knowledge. Each path Rahul has to follow has the potential to lead them to a community where they will feel less alone. Thus ALL options are worth exploring.
India can be a very lonely place if you are different. Nothing is as it seems and truths arent often voiced openly. This person at least has the strength of will to survive being different within a society which doesnt allow deviance from the norm.
Please dont judge from a western perspective. it is not the same, no matter how India wishes to be viewed.
regards yann
