The quote is simply to state that whatever created humans (Mohamed says Allah) made both men and women and sometimes mixed the two together and that is a truly great thing, nothing more nothing less. It just happened to be stated by the prophet Mohamed and written in "holy" scripture.
If Captain Kirk had said it, I'd quote him too.
No disrespect made to any religion here but I simply agree with Muhamed in this case.
