There are ways to improve your sex hormone levels through a better diet, the simplest being : eat a lot more saturated fats (keep in mind that you'll need to eat a lot less calories from carbohydrates to compensate, especially the dense refined ones like bread, pasta and potatoes). Sat fats (think: fatty meat cuts, eggs, coconut oil/cream, cheese) provide the basic building blocks for all steroid hormones, while eating less refined carbs help curb the hormonal signals that slow or block their assimilation (so it works both ways, and both halves of this plan are equally important).
I started doing this a few years ago, and it's helped me deal with combined depression and undervirilization which had plagued much of my adulthood. Nowadays I even get a little hair on my chest, which had never happened at all before (I'm 33).
I have also experimented with clomifene (Clomid), which blocks the negative feedback on LH/FSH production by the hypothalamus from estrogens. If your body is converting what little available T you have into estradiol, or if you are significantly overweight (adipose tissue produces estrogens, even in males), this will surely help too. In my case it apparently helped with infertility, and never got any side-effect from it. I procured it out of the traditional medical circuit though - buyer beware, thar be dragons.
