Sometimes it is best to leave well enough alone. If a person does not want to share or does not want to repeat themselves, it's best to find a piece of information that makes sense to us. I realize not all transcripts are comprehendable especially when they run on, us xxy's have a hard time with very long posts and paragraphs because we are impatient and most of us have ADD.
