Just some questions thanks

When I was born they said I had a hypoplastic labia majora but it was very slightly, It says it on my birth records the thing is I'm 27yrs old now and during my puberty I'm a female, I get aroused very differently I'm full functional female but that's the only thing different about me people has said it looks weird and different, And it's my pubis mons that gets erect. When I look up the word hypoplastic I get this has the def.

Abnormalities of labia majora: can be hypoplastic or hypertrophic. Abnormal fusion is usually associated with ambiguous genitalia of female pseudohermaphroditism due to congenital adrenal hyperplasia.

So I'm considered intersex people say I have conditions for it I've talked to multiple people online in facebook groups. I can tell when I get aroused to it gets really warm that area and also it just stiffens outward people have said it looks like a wide penis. I do get my period but it says intersex people can still get it if there more functional female. I have other health issues to has well imbalance hormones, messed up electrolytes, right aorta arch, had huge diaphragm hernia they took me right into surgery when I was born.
