bone health
Came across this on a list-serv. If you know the your bone density numbers from a dexa scan, you can input them in an online calculator to determine if they are within acceptable ranges:
Bone density ranges I haven't tried it myself as I don't have my most recent number available but thought it was kind of cool...

i wonder what those of us who are not "Asian, Hispanic, Black or White" are supposed to input for an accurate reading?
