Thumbs up "Disease To Please"

There is a two letter word that most
women don't know.
I became aware of it by reading the
"Big O".

It seem's that many of us unknowing have
a dreaded disease,
it's very commom place,
it's called the "Disease To Please".

That two letter word that is hard for
us to say,
it's not hard to pronounce, it's used
everyday.

Seem's we are conditioned from our
very first day.
to say yes to every request,
to let everyone have their way.

Do you have time alone to do as you
please ?
To sit in quiet and ponder,
to watch the raindrops or wind blow the
leaves.

When was your last bubble bath,
or having time to relax,
it's always do this, do that,
is there ever a night you don't have an
aching back?

You must realize that you have the
"Disease To Please".
And start to put yourself first and
start to think of I and me.

Until you take that first step and spit out
that little word no,
life will be pleasing other's,
and this you will realize is so.

so true

My favorite word is "No" and then when people try and get me to change my mind this leads to "And what part of No, don't you understand ?"
