President Bush Flubs His Speech Was Talking Frivolous Lawsuits And Health Care Sep 7, 2004 11:31 am US/Eastern President Bush apparently mixed up his words Monday while delivering his usual campaign speech about the rising cost of health care. "We need to do something about these frivolous lawsuits that are running up the cost of your health care and running good docs out of business," Bush said. "We've got an issue in America. Too many good docs are getting out of business. Too many OB/GYNs aren't able to practice their love with women all across this country." The president was speaking to an applauding crowd of thousands of supporters in Poplar Bluff, a southeast Missouri town of 16,500. The president will also be visiting the Missouri towns of Sedalia, Columbia and Lee's Summit on Tuesday. © 2004 CBS Worldwide Inc. All Rights Reserved. LOL, I guess you really love your president... (as I already wrote in another message: 56 days to go!)
