Cool Dropping a line...

Heh, I love that smily...

Hey there, thought I'd say hi to all and let ya's know I'm still kickin :)

Life's going pretty good these days,
*Got my license to drive (independance, shweeeeeet) my favourite moments to be myself are when I'm driving with some chillout music blaring (defeats the purpose of chillout, but whatcha gonna do ;) I loooooove my Holden Barina (turqoise)!!!
* Got a new job, my old one was good, but only a 3 mth contract, this one's gonna last, I'm a receptionist in training... gotta learn somthing right?
* I've come to the happy self identity, I've realised that despite everything I'm gonna stay a gal (Its what I know...sorta ;), but more than that, I'm a lesbian, its very freeing to have that feeling of certainty about who I am in my life.
PS. I still identify myself as Intersex, but explain to those who ask questions that there is division depending on people's point of views.
Btw, I've since set my sights on a lovely new friend of mine in the love-life dept, but she's undecided and I'm not gonna pressure her, we're happy as friends :)

Hope everyone's doing good too :)

btw, I've got a new online journal running on redvsblue.com under the username ShodAlex (A happy one, I leave my ranting to livejournal.com), heh, I've been giggling like a schoolgirl ever since Halo2 came out, I tend to frequent it a lot...

Gee,a lesbian... WELCOME TO THE CLUB! Congrats with your decision. The most important aspect of this decision is that it is YOUR decision. And being a gall is not that bad... only girls can be lesbians.

I AM HAPPY
( still can't get myself over those smilies, lol )

I've got a great circle of friends these days, and a few months ago I had a very... sorta life fulfulling experience, I was just out with some friends, and I realised it was quickly turning into a gals nite out, we sat, chatted bout life and stuff, it was an experience where I learned again about the good things about being a gal :), I'd forgotten and everything was falling into place again... Good times :)

Its taken me a while to work up the guts to face all of this stuff again, (visitting twice in the same month, wow!)
but as I've said I've been feeling a lot better now that I've got peoples to talk to!

Thanx everyone :)

Talking Hello Shodan!!

Good to hear from you. I hope that things keep getting better for you.

You have been through some tough things and I respect you for making the

best out of your situation. I'm very proud of you, just look at your past posts

and you can see how you have grown up in the last few months.

Isn't it great to know how to drive, do you have a car yet???

Yepsy got my car
a Turqoise Holden Barina...
I wuv my car :)
(and soon I hope to love a new sound system in my car ;)

Grown up? Lol
technically my new self identity isn;t even a year old, lol
I've adopted the name Alex for myself, just havent put in the paperwork yet...
but I suppose I'm not nearly as jumpy as i was @ the begining of the yr.
I've been following some of the organisations in Aus, like the Gender Centre in Sydney, and some of the Gay&Lesbian organisations around me, I get to meet a lot of interesting people. Coming out has gone a long way towards being happy w/ myself :)

I'm applying for a few new jobs 2morrow, NERVOUS! so things r normal, lol
if it pans out, I've started looking around for a share house to move into.
I know that when I leave home I wanna be around people, I've really enjoyed being around people lately, going to clubs w/ friends and just driving around town and meeting friends for lunch is enough to keep me happy :) ... and shopping, cant forget shopping :)

I dont think I'll ever quite grow up, I love my anime and videogames too much, lol
but yeah, its fun being able to look after all the aspects of my life by myself.
It really goes a long way to reassuring me that I'm still me...
... I'm sure that makes sense on some ethereal plain of existence......... hmm, now that I think about it, I don't know what ethereal means...
See deep down I'll never quite grow up! But its part of my fun side :)

Delighted to see you have your life back on track and that all is going well for you,I also attend the Gender Centre, where I have found Elizabeth Anne to be most helpful.Do you think you will be able to make it down to Sydney for the Christmas BBQ ?

Be well

Canice.
