I recently saw an episode where a little girl no more than three years old, was brought in for having apparent epileptic seizures, and he accused the little girl of mastubating and having orgasms ... At 3? that seems rather unlikely.
The "truth"? This fictional character of Dr House is a drug addict. I used to have a doctor who always showed up for work looking heavily stoned on migraine meds. I can guess how they might have been effecting her, because she prescribed them for me, and I lasted about a month before the pills impaired me too much to continue. It was better to survive migraines than to be nearly a zombie. I wonder how she could take them for so much longer and not have it effect her judgement in some way.
If Dr House was real, he'd always be"right" because he's the doctor in charge, which means that in practical terms no one will ever say he's wrong, and the malpractice laws in most states make it almost impossible to prove that he's made a big mistake. The reality is, a lot of doctors are just as prejudiced vs intersexed patients as he is, and they'll continue to get away with it for as long as the public isn't outraged.
