Hmm, only that for best effectiveness you should dissolve them under your tongue, which might take 10 minutes or so but is well worth it. Otherwise if you swallow it, your liver will eliminate 70 percent of the estradiol before it ever gets to your bloodstream. And the extra effort isn't good for your liver.
