Afraid to go home

Afraid of the weather tonight.

I cycle everywhere, to make sure I do enough cardivascular exercise, 6 - 10 hours a week.

It has quite a strain on my thin klinefelter body - but its generally better for my health to do the exercise, than not do it and be plagued by anixety and feelings of being overwhelmed by it all (life the universe and everything).

I'm an untreated klinefelter, going alone against all odds.

My natural estrogen is very high 240 nmol/l, and my natural testosterone is quite low 5.9 nmol/l.

I feel reasonably comfortable within my natural E / T range.

I know that I'd feel uncomfortable with high T, and know that it would be a risky proposition for my health.

I have suffered from insomnia for the last 4 years.

I take St John's Wort for anxiety and .375mg of innovane (0.5 tablet) to get to REM state (i.e. 1st stage of sleep).

Got to go will finish this later.

Into the rain, thunder, lightening - home. I do hope I make it.

Cheers,

John S
