Smile Hello again

I've seen some of your youtube work... fantastic stuff especially your new perfume range lol.
I posed my query partly because I wonder if the doctors still haven't disclosed everything to me and/or that they may not have done all the tests they should have done.
I've noticed some changes in myself since they finally removed my remaining malignant teste and I wondered if maybe I'm extreme PAIS not CAIS. maybe the lowered testosterone is a factor.... this could only be possible if I were PAIS????
I figured you'd know what the immediate feelings would be like and hoped you wouldn't mind my asking... though having asked you I did some searching and I noticed there are quite a few benefits to taking the testosterone (tho' the physical taking must be tough at times). I wasn't able to find anything about PAIS people taking it tho.... I'm not too great at this internet stuff yet
