Those with more money and power have already done that unfortunately.

Horses and dogs respond to gender and not to "apparent physical sex" ....? What objective evidence is your above statement based on? ? ? ? I ask because that is basically what the stupid, and I believe also fake, "article" is saying. So what is your evidence for this conclusion? Are you the caretaker of that 'post op sex changed' pony or something?

Funnily enough
Now you mention that it has made me remember something.
My old riding instructor used to have a young stallion that he did a lot of dressage on but which he was never intending breeding from. Strangely the stallion was always quite agressive towards human males (including him) and would get quite excited with human females but I remember it being commented on that it was always very quiet and well behaved with me, just allowing me to muck out and scratch his neck like all the others! I know that wasn't quite what you ment but remembering it made me smile anyway!! I still maintain that a new member to any established group of animals (humans included) would suffer a 'settling in' period. It was quite sad to note that when I visited the rescue centre website, to find out more, they've got an out-break of strangles there... |

This thread is supposed to be about, how gender obsessed people project their own assumptions, presumptions and beliefs about gender, onto anything and everything which can possibly be misconstrued to reinforce their assumptions, presumptions and beliefs about sex and gender, and in the process all objectivity and even common sense is utterly discarded.
The "article" in question contains the following ridiculous statements. Verity Chappell, welfare manager at Bransby, said: "the other animals at the sanctuary had not been very tolerant of the exotic new arrival." "He doesn't seem to know what he is." "I think behaviourally he is not sure and the other animals seemed to have an issue with him." "Before they even touched him, we noticed they flapped their ears back, which is a sign they don't like someone, as if to say 'you're not normal'." The author of the "article" states. "Despite his upbringing as a mare, Tootsie still has an eye for the ladies."
