Congratulations on your upcoming wedding Marianne. It sounds as though you have a really awesome guy; you are truly blessed. Just remember that regardless of what the voices in your head or society tells you, the Bible says we are fearfully and wonderfully made. You are not a mistake, you are the special and unique person that God said should inhabit this planet. Now go out there and shine for all the world to see, or at least keep wowing that great guy you have.
I hope to one day find that perfect person too who can accept my IS status. I was engaged up until 6 weeks ago. My wedding date was to be October 27 of this year. My fiance called off the engagement due to me being IS, something that was made fully known and greatly discussed before we ever began dating. This event sort of shoved me into a sea of heartbreak, self-doubt, and self-hatred. I let myself sink down to the bottom of it for about a month, but now I'm afloat again. I know God has the right person for me when the time is right. I only want God's perfect will to be done in my life anyways. I found things go much better when Jesus is in the drivers seat.
Kara
