gluuten-free

Hi!
I was wondering if anyone had any information on "gluuten-free" diet, I know wheat is not allowed and meat, fruit, and vegetables are fine, but I am having a hard time figuring out specifically what is allowed and what is not. Other than just eating no bread or anything like that, but I think I still might be missing something. I would really appreciate any info anyone might have. Also, do any of you have to follow this type of diet?
Thanks.

Exclamation have source

My wife has a friend with great resources on guten-free dieting. Email the former at bird@wickedthought.com and she can point you in the right direction. Put my name in the subject so she doesn't delete your message as possible junk mail...
