Seeing as Dandara and I have become the social butterflies as of late, I want to let you know about another fundraiser in the NYC area coming. On September 22, ISNA is holding a fundraiser in NYC at a private home. Also on the host committee is noted sex therapist Betty Dodson, John Colapinto (who wrote the Joan/John book), Alice Dreger and Julie Dorf. The suggested donation is a bit less than the GPAC event at $100. If you are interested in this one, please let me know via email with a mailing address and I will send an invite out to you. These tend to be really good networking opportunities so if you are interested in becoming an "out" activist for intersex issues, they can be priceless.

Someday soon, we hope to kick off our own fundraising campaign for Bodies. I'll be sure to let you know when we get there :D If you would be interested in hosting a fundraising party, do let either myself or Dandara know. You don't need to be in the NYC area. I doubt we will be undertaking something like that before the end of the year however. 2003 tax-deductions are not that far away!
