on testosterone 13 years approx...now off

i have been on testosterone sustanon 100 intramuscular shots for 13 years taking them every 4 weeks

since december 2006 i stopped taking the t

i feel great that i am au natural

but the reason i took t in the first place was out of fear of getting osteoporosis
i have developed osteopaenia anyway through the years
and my bone scans have always been improving

i however dont get regular check ups with doctors
and i have decided to keep going with not taking t for the forseeable future

many online friends are supportive of my ways
and many also have been highly critical of my motives

i am on a journey of self discovery
and also i feel a little like a guinea pig
the difference is is that guinea pigs supposedly dont speak english
and this guinea pig can speak in french czech spanish german and english
