splitting off the acceptance part of the introductory thread into it's own space...
Ok...maybe that isn't the best title for the thread but since the "new here" welcome thread has gone so far off topic, I spun it off into a new one so we can continue the wonderful discussion (and it is an important one) and keep the original "howdy" one going in that introduction catagory.
