Things on Fairy View Hill are pretty scary at the moment. It's gotten really bad over the past hour or so.

My cottage is groaning in it's old bones right now. There's some rain but the wind is blowing all sorts of who knows what onto my roof and into the exterior walls. What rain that is coming down is mostly horizontal.

All safe...the power went out about 3am and came back on at about noon. I'm actually down in DC for GLSEN already.
